As an executive and team coach, she partners with leaders to establish shared vision, navigate organizational complexity, and enhance team trust and practices that enables teams to reach higher levels of performance and results. With over twenty years serving in Fortune 500 and not-for-profit companies, she has a portfolio of experience in team development, strategy execution, driving big results, developing next level leadership, and directing large-scale change initiatives. To augment her deep technical background and wealth of experience in talent development, she received her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University and her team coaching certification from Corentus.
Kimberley received an M.S. from Virginia Commonwealth University and a B.B.A from Georgia Southern University, in Information Systems. In addition to being a faculty member in Georgetown University’s prestigious Institute of Transformational Leadership, she is accredited by the International Coach Federation as a Professional Certified Coach.
Kimberley has coached leaders across for-profit and non-profit organizations including the financial services, tech, education, and medical services sectors.
