Over the last two years, we’ve been working to deliver better, faster, and more relevant technology to maximize your CREW Network membership. We have soft launched (just like a new restaurant would) the CREW Network website and 55 integrated chapter websites. We are working to troubleshoot issues and ensure all event registrations are up and running. Thank you for your patience!
Ready to experience the new sites? Here’s how to find the important information you need:
You can access and register for chapter events under Events > View All Events. Please note that some event data is still loading and will be available soon.
Second, clear your browser cache using the instructions below, to ensure all new information loads.
Third, chapter leaders can access Chapter Management by logging into your chapter website and navigating to My Account. Chapter Management is the last item on your left menu.

Our new-and-improved technologies are three-fold and including the following platforms:
56 new public websites launched across the global commercial real estate industry to attract new members and supporters.
A new Chapter Management platform powered by Microsoft Power BI and Amazon RedShift.
A new event registration system for CREW Network and select chapters who utilize Network admin services, coming soon and rolling out through the rest of 2023.
Our goals for these platforms include achieving:

A streamlined event registration experience
Event filters to search for CREW events and programs globally across 80+ markets
Configurable landing pages based on chapter needs
Lead generation email forms on every site
The following critical functions are in progress will be coming soon:
Ability to donate to CREW Network Foundation online (donations may still be made by check or via phone (please call Nichole Vanner, Foundation Coordinator, at 785-856-8282)
Ability to pay an open invoice in My Account
Comprehensive search across the sites
In the coming weeks, we will develop tools for members and chapter leaders to navigate the site and leverage its new features. In the coming days, chapter leaders will receive access to launch tools via CREWbiz.

Settings > Privacy > Clear browsing data and select Ctrl+Shift+Del > Make your selection

Click the hamburger menu > Click the Privacy & Security Panel > In the Cookies and Site Data section, click Clear Data - make your selection
Chrome on Windows 10/11/Mac
Click the three dots>Click More Tools>Click clear browsing data - make your selection
Safari on Mac
Top Left Corner > Click Preferences > Click Manage Website Data > Select Remove All and Click Remove Now in the Popup
If your company is using a caching proxy, please instruct them to allow a refresh of the CREW Network and your chapter website.
