Anjee Solanki

Anjee Solanki is the National Director of Retail Services and Practice Groups for Colliers U.S., where she leads the firm’s retail strategy, drives innovation in client services, and advances technology initiatives across the platform. With more than three decades in commercial real estate, Anjee is a sought-after advisor by investors, developers, and retailers as well as being a globally recognized thought leader on placemaking, consumer behavior, data, and the art of retail. She has led cross-functional teams on transformational projects for some of the world’s most prominent brands and is frequently featured in the media and on national stages including CREW, ICSC, ULI, WSJ, Bloomberg, GlobeSt., and more. Anjee was also named a 2022 GlobeSt. Woman of Influence and a Retail Influencer by RETHINK Retail.

Anjee has been a CREW member since 2012 and was inducted as a CREW Distinguished Leader in 2020. She has held multiple leadership roles, including board service and championing DEI efforts across the network. A passionate advocate for women and emerging leaders in commercial real estate, she mentors industry professionals and has served on several advisory councils.

She lives in the San Francisco Bay Area, while traveling to explore new cultures and cities worldwide, actively contributing to industry innovation on a global scale.
