Cindy Campbell

Cindy Campbell is a Real Estate Attorney at Greenberg Traurig LLP, a global, full-service corporate law firm. Cindy’s practice includes extensive involvement in all aspects of commercial transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing, and dispositions. Cindy offers a broad range of experience in complex commercial real estate transactions and assists developers, builders, investors, lenders, and private and public entities on a wide range of asset classes, such as industrial, mixed-use, restaurant, retail, shopping centers, condominium properties, and fitness centers. 

Cindy is a Past President of CREW Orlando where she has been a member since 2015, serving on its Board of Directors beginning in 2018. She is part of the CREW Network Leadership Cohort of 2019, served on the CREW Network DEI Taskforce in 2020 and 2021, the CREW Network Nominating Committee in 2023, and is an inaugural member of the CREW Network Industrial Council. In addition, Cindy currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Club, Joe R. Lee Branch in Eatonville, Florida; on the board for the Central Florida Foundation; on the Executive Committee for the National Bat Association Commercial Law Section; and taught an Adjunct Professor of Real Estate Law at the University of Central Florida from 2017 through 2024. Cindy earned her Bachelor of Science in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida, Juris Doctor degree from Florida A&M University, College of Law, and is admitted to practice in Florida and Washington D.C.

Cindy is passionate about advancing women’s interests in business and the community, personal development, and inspiring others to be their highest selves. To that end, she has been invited to speak at numerous engagements concerning various topics in commercial real estate, leadership, business acumen, and wellness. In 2020, she was awarded CREW Orlando’s Catalyst award for consistently demonstrating her commitment to advancing diverse women and serving as a catalyst for change throughout the commercial real estate industry and the community at large and in 2025 she was awarded the CREW Orlando’s prestigious Woman of Influence award which recognizes an exceptional female commercial real estate professional or industry executive who has demonstrated significant contributions to the Central Florida real estate community. Cindy has been recognized as a Best Lawyers "Ones to Watch" lawyer by Best Lawyers in America (2022-2025). 

In her free time, Cindy enjoys traveling, hiking, singing karaoke, spending time with her children, extended family and friends, and is always ready to try something new.
