Pauline Hale
CREW Network Director (2022-2023)
Pauline Hale is the US Head of Quality Control for Value and Risk Advisory at JLL, a full-service global commercial real estate services company. At JLL, Pauline is responsible for quality control including internal review, best practices, and training. Pauline has 25+ years of varied commercial real estate industry experience. She spent 18 years at Altus Group and their predecessor firm, PwC, and held management positions at KBS Realty Advisors, and CBRE.
Pauline has a BA in Business Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and an MBA from Long Beach State. She has achieved the MAI, MRICS, and CCIM designations, and is a certified general real estate appraiser in multiple states. Pauline is a graduate of the CREW Network 2018 Leadership Certificate Cohort and was a member of the CREW Network DEI Task Force. She previously served on the CREW Network Industry Research and Finance committees and was a longtime member of the CREW Orange County board of directors. Outside of her work with CREW, Pauline is an advisory board member for the Center for Real Estate at her alma mater, Cal State Fullerton.
Away from work, she is the proud mom-owner of three show dachshunds and travels the U.S. to compete in dog shows and hunting competitions. Pauline is also a retired professional bowler, and an elite-ranked senior competitor.
