Director, Digital Strategy

I am the Director of Digital Strategy for Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network—a global business organization of nearly 15,000 members across 90+ markets, dedicated to advancing women in commercial real estate. Working at CREW truly fills my cup. Empowering women and girls is my passion, and I see myself as someone who helps knock down doors so others can walk through.

With more than 23 years of experience in association management, I bring deep expertise to the digital space. I lead the strategic and operational direction of CREW Network’s digital marketing and communications efforts, creating meaningful, user-centered experiences for a variety of audiences. From shaping forward-thinking digital strategy to building and maintaining the systems behind it, I thrive at the intersection of vision and execution.

A history enthusiast at heart, I hold a degree in Art History from the University of Kansas. Outside of work, you’ll likely find me reading historical fiction with a glass of wine, traveling with family and friends while soaking in local guides’ knowledge, or volunteering in my community and industry. I currently serve on the Association Women Technology Champions (AWTC) Awards Committee.
