Ashli White
Business Program Manager, Microsoft
I currently serve as a Business Program Manager at Microsoft, supporting employee experience, culture, operations, and community-building initiatives for Finance talent in the Atlanta region. I joined the company nearly 7 years ago through Microsoft's Aspire program for university graduates and have since held multiple roles focused on driving impact through people, programs, and strategic partnerships.
Outside of my day job, I serve as Vice Chair of the Board for Concrete Jungle, a nonprofit dedicated to improving food access and reducing food waste across Georgia. I recently earned my MBA from Emory University's Goizueta Business School, an experience that strengthened my leadership skills and broadened my perspective on business and organizational impact. Throughout my career, I have remained passionate about bringing people together, building strong communities, and creating environments where others can thrive.
The CREW Network Foundation scholarship had a lasting impact on both my personal and professional journey. Beyond the financial support that helped me continue my education at Queens University of Charlotte, it opened the door to an incredible network of professionals across Charlotte and the broader commercial real estate industry.
Through the scholarship, I secured my final college internship at KeyBank and gained valuable real-world exposure to commercial real estate finance before graduating in 2019. I also had the opportunity to attend conferences in San Diego and Orlando, where I built relationships with mentors, advocates, and peers who invested in my success.
Most importantly, the scholarship gave me the freedom and confidence to explore a new field, develop meaningful connections, and envision a future I may not have otherwise considered.
