Christina Bejjani

Associate Director, JLL

I serve as an Associate Director with JLL Value and Risk Advisory in Houston, Texas. In this role, I perform appraisal and consulting assignments on a nationwide basis across a broad range of property types, including multifamily, single- and multi-tenant office buildings, single- and multi-tenant retail centers, regional malls, industrial facilities, convenience stores/service stations, ranches, hotels, and other special-use properties.

My involvement with CREW began as a junior at the University of Houston, and it has been one of the most meaningful parts of my professional journey. During college, I was honored to receive a $5,000 CREW Network Foundation scholarship. Looking back, I almost didn’t apply. I had started the application but stopped after seeing the list of previous recipients, many of whom attended Ivy League universities. I remember thinking there was no way I would be selected. The day before the deadline, I decided I had nothing to lose and submitted my application. Receiving that scholarship was a surreal moment and one that changed the trajectory of my career.

Through the scholarship, I attended my first two CREW Network Conventions, where I roomed with fellow scholarship recipients from across North America. Those women quickly became lifelong friends, and many of those relationships continue today. One of my closest friends lives in Vancouver, and despite the distance, we still keep in touch and make it a point to see each other whenever work brings us to the same city.

Since beginning my career, I have remained actively involved with CREW Houston by serving on the Member Services Committee, the Special Events Committee, and currently as Co-Chair of the chapter’s 30th Anniversary Committee. I have attended the CREW Network Convention for the past five years and regularly participate in chapter events throughout the year.

CREW has given me far more than professional connections—it has given me friendships, mentors, confidence, and a community. That is why I have remained committed to giving back through volunteer leadership.
