Gina Wahl

I'm currently a Vice President at Arc Capital Partners in Los Angeles, where I lead acquisitions and asset management initiatives across the firm's portfolio. Prior to joining Arc, I served as Director of Investments & Development at Unico Properties, leading large-scale commercial and residential projects through acquisition, capitalization, and execution. I began my commercial real estate career in JLL’s Capital Markets Group, where I was a Vice President focusing on multifamily and development transactions before leaving to attend Grad School at MIT, thanks to the CREW Scholarship.

The CREW scholarship helped offset the costs of grad school and a year of not working, which is stressful! Grad school allowed me to pivot my career from capital markets brokerage to development and now investments and asset management.
