Jewelle Kennedy

I'm a real estate development professional with experience leading multifamily and mixed-use projects. I have worked across major markets, including California and Pennsylvania, and have led the development of significant residential projects. I'm passionate about expanding opportunities for women in real estate and mentoring the next generation of industry leaders.

After graduating from Columbia University with a MS in Real Estate Development, the CREW Network Foundation scholarship provided me with the opportunity to intern with CBRE in New York City, gaining valuable experience and exposure early on in my career. That experience confirmed my passion for real estate and gave me the foundation to pursue a career in development. Since then, I have worked across the development process, from acquisitions and entitlements through construction and delivery, and led significant multifamily and mixed-use projects. More importantly, the experience and relationships I gained through the scholarship have continued to shape my career. Today, as a real estate development professional and mentor, I am grateful for organizations like CREW that invest in women and help create opportunities for the next generation of industry leaders.
