Meghan Taylor-Steshyn

Since 2020, I have been working at Trinity Church in New York City as part of the Philanthropies team’s Mission Real Estate Development. My team seeks to empower faith organizations to develop their land for long-term financial sustainability and social impact by offering strategic advisory, training, and financial resources related to property development.

In this role, I work with organizations globally across the Anglican Communion, focusing on sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and the Caribbean. In the United States, I engage with faith leaders from multiple denominations and backgrounds to bring awareness to this facet of the transaction approach and guide partnerships with aligned development partners.

It offered affirmation at the beginning of the academic program that I was on the right path, and also was an uplifting source of encouragement and support. Additionally, the financial support allowed me to reduce the amount of student loans I withdrew for the year. The professional support offered through CBRE’s internship program was also significant as we entered the pandemic and job opportunities were exceptionally limited. Although I was offered a role elsewhere, I enjoyed learning about CBRE's programs.
