My day-to-day: Closed $36MM+ in net revenue lease transactions, individually negotiated over 315 transactions from 80 square feet to 12,000 square feet. I oversee Cummings Executive Office Suites - highest revenue + occupancy (95%+) since taking over the portfolio in 2021 and manage a team of four. I was awarded the 2023 Outstanding Women in Commercial Real Estate Award by Boston Real Estate Times, the Presidents' Award by my company (Cummings), and the 10 Under 10 Award from my alma mater for being a highly accomplished young alum. Outside of CREW, I am the President of the Medford Chamber of Commerce and an angel investor focused on female led start ups.

The CREW Network Foundation scholarship introduced me to CREW, which I have actively participated in 13 years later, having just been awarded the Rising Star Award last year in 2025 and also graduating from CREW Boston's Leadership Academy and having participated in two mentor program rotations. Financially, it allowed me to finish school without any debt, which helped me take risks like going into a career in CRE where I had limited networking and no family connections to become a top producer.
