Nicole Goldsmith
Senior Vice President, CBRE
I'm a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Atlanta, specializing in the marketing and leasing of office buildings for institutional owners. Since joining CBRE in 2010 — a career that began with the CREW Network Foundation scholarship — my team and I have completed more than 13 million square feet of office leasing across more than 1,500 transactions, representing more than $5 billion in completed deals. I have built my reputation on strategically repositioning and leasing high-profile and mixed-use assets, including Bank of America Plaza, One Phipps Plaza, Salesforce Tower, and Ponce City Market. I'm a consistent Million Dollar Club top honoree, a Georgia native and a University of Georgia graduate with a B.A. in Real Estate.
Receiving the CREW Network Foundation scholarship was a pivotal moment in my life. I was already on the HOPE Scholarship, but that $10,000 allowed me to fund my senior year entirely on my own — and the internship that came with it put me on the right path. Coming out of school in a tough economic environment, it was a way to differentiate myself and signal to potential employers that I was serious about commercial real estate and already engaged in the industry. That combination of financial support and real-world experience launched my now 16-year career at CBRE.
