Nikki Thornton

Nikki has recently transitioned into the role of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at MECA in 2025, after serving as the company’s Controller since 2021. In her new role, she now leads the financial strategy and operations, driving the company’s financial growth and success. She advises on key development projects and budgets, providing valuable insights on economic projections. general accounting, payables, receivables, and HR processes. She holds a master's in Accounting from Wingate University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Western Carolina University. Before joining MECA, Nikki specialized in business and personal taxes and tax planning at Elliott Davis and Stell CPA.
