Oforiwaa Pee Agyei-Boakye

I'm a spatial analytics and location intelligence professional with experience across commercial real estate, retail, urban planning, and transportation. Most recently, I worked at Nike, applying research and spatial insights to support location and real estate decision-making. I am also completing a PhD, where my research examines how transportation and spatial investments shape accessibility and economic opportunity. My work sits at the intersection of real estate, spatial intelligence, and data-driven investment strategy.

Receiving the CREW Network Foundation Scholarship in 2021 was an important part of my academic and professional journey. The scholarship provided valuable financial support and connected me to a broader community of commercial real estate professionals. It expanded my understanding of career opportunities in the industry and encouraged me to continue developing my interests in real estate, spatial analysis, and the built environment.
