Sarah Auera

I work as the Real Estate Coordinator for Nothing Bundt Cakes. My primary responsibilities include overseeing development obligations, LOIs and leases. I also create and present site approval packages for new locations we are pursuing. A large part of my role is developing relationships with bakery owners and other members of the Nothing Bundt Cakes development team to help ensure the bakery opening process goes smoothly from site selection through opening.

CREW helped me have money for tuition so that I was able to work part time instead of full time during my last two years of college. Because I was able to work less, I had more time to participate in extracurricular activities that enhanced my college experience, helped me receive additional scholarships and prepared me for my future career in real estate. I was able to serve as President of the Real Estate Organization at my school, and this scholarship helped give me the time I needed to fully commit to that role. Overall, CREW gave me the opportunity to be more involved during college and take advantage of experiences that helped set me up for my career after graduation.
