CREW Network Leadership Summits are open to all CREW Network chapter leaders and members who want to increase their abilities as board leaders as well as advance their careers through leadership development workshops. This multifaceted meeting brings together 300-400 CREW leaders to learn from one another about chapter management, but also to learn from leading experts about the critical leadership skills that give you the business advantage. Chapter delegates are required to participate and all members are welcome to join us for this exceptional learning opportunity.

Wendy Mann, CAE is chief executive officer of CREW Network. With 30 years of association management experience, Wendy brings a passion for commercial real estate, her strategic vision for the association and a commitment to mentoring and advancing women to the CREW Network. She believes that connecting, collaborating and communicating are key to our success in building relationships and creating change within the industry. Wendy is committed to ensuring that CREW Network chapters and affiliate groups are strengthened through best practices, aligned through our mission and engaged through leadership development. She is dedicated to working collaboratively with like-minded organizations and companies that make diversity and inclusion a priority.
As Director of Business Development, Dana is responsible for overseeing client relationships, business development and strategic initiatives for Ridgemont Commercial Construction. Focused on planning and coordinating the implementation of business plans and the penetration of new markets, she thrives on formulating and executing project pursuit strategies, coordinating strong project team members and identifying new business opportunities for Ridgemont.
Merrick started his career when the team building industry was in its infancy. While working on his M.B.A., he discovered this new way of teaching people how to work together effectively and immediately knew this was his path. He founded Team Builders Plus with Jeff Backal in 2001 and paved the way for the team building world we know today. It didn’t take long for Merrick to observe that personality clashes often created conflict in teams. So, he began using the DISC model in 1994. After teaching the DISC styles to hundreds of thousands of people, he became dismayed that the styles weren’t making a lasting impact and getting infused into corporate culture.
Karen Whitt is the President of Colliers International’s Real Estate Management Services division, which provides high quality property management service across the country. She is also the Executive Sponsor of Colliers North American Women’s Network ERG. Karen focuses on creating value by connecting retail, industrial, office, multifamily, brokerage, investment sales, and property management groups in ways that create memorable experiences. With more than 500 million square feet under management, Karen works to deliver holistic real estate solutions that leverage the strengths of working with one company to add value to client assets.

Hilton Fort Worth
The Hilton Fort Worth has a select block of rooms for CREW Network Winter Leadership Summit attendees at a discounted rate. After you are registered for the Summit, you may book your room reservation in the discounted room block until it is filled or by January 15, 2024, whichever occurs first. The discounted CREW Network room rate is $179 plus 15% state and local taxes and a 0.81% Texas Recovery Fee. Rooms booked at the Hilton after the January 15 deadline will be at the current rate published on the Hilton website.
