The role of the leader is becoming increasingly complex, and adaptability is the key to organizational resilience. In this workshop, personal assessments will help inform how to best match your leadership approach to the needs of various individuals or tasks, how to avoid under (or over) leading with a one-size-fits-all approach and how to build trust by diagnosing a situation, adapting and leveraging open, two-way communication.

This two-part workshop equips leaders with the strategies they need to pivot and meet the challenges of today and tomorrow by providing them with a strong foundational understanding of the Situational Leadership® Model.

Join Janice Stucke, CPA and Chief Financial Officer for CREW Network for this comprehensive session on current accounting and finance best practices and trends in digital transformation. CREW Network is advancing the technology behind its finance and accounting functions to drive accuracy and streamline the multiple financial closes. We are currently updating accounts payable and expense management software for CREW Network chapters utilizing accounting services, with further enterprise resource planning (ERP) upgrades planned for 2025. 

This session will provide a comprehensive overview of recent improvements, upcoming ERP changes, and the steps required for a refined chart of accounts that aligns with modern accounting standards. Join us to learn how these updates will impact chapters and explore the role of AI-driven solutions in seamlessly applying these transformations to elevate finance processes in your own organizations.

Digital Finance Transformation: Elevating Your Accounting Practices

As a chapter delegate to CREW Network, you are the official link between the two and expected to be knowledgeable and an effective communicator. Your role requires you attend each CREW Network leadership summit, meet with CREW Network leaders, and report back to your chapter. 

In this session, you will learn the expectations of the Delegate role, what resources are available, and how to showcase the value of membership. Both Delegates from your chapter are expected to participate.

Delegate Training: I'm a delegate!...Now, What?

This session is for Delegates and Chapter Presidents to meet with their CREW Network board liaison to discuss CREW Network initiatives. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with other chapter leaders, and learn what is happening at CREW Network and how it benefits your chapter.

Delegates 
Members serving as, or sitting in for, the official chapter delegate role, will meet with your board liaison. This includes chapter presidents who are also serving as one of the chapter’s official delegates. 

Chapter presidents (non-delegates) 
Chapter presidents who are not representing their chapter as a delegate will meet with CREW Network global president Cindy MacMillan.

Chapter Delegates are assigned to dine arounds with the CREW Network board liaison assigned to your chapter.

Non-delegate attendees should sign up for a dine around hosted by CREW Jacksonville to network and get to know fellow summit attendees.

Walking Tour

Start off your day with an hour of fitness (and a little networking) with your CREW. Set off on a walk or run while connecting with other CREW members and getting your morning workout in.

Walk/run participants will meet in the hotel lobby and be guided by CREW Jacksonville members. 

Netwalk/Netrun

Network initiatives and events, learn what's on the horizon, share information on chapter activities, and vote on important CREW Network business. We also will celebrate CREW chapters that have met the Foundation trifecta and receive other important updates.

The Council Meeting is open to all attendees. Chapter delegates are required to attend and represent their chapters.

As a board member, you are a steward of the chapter and responsible for a lot – organizational culture, brand and reputation, strategic direction, the budget, and of course – making sure all the work gets done. This session will be a modified version of the President-Elect training and cover topics such as the basics of governance, leading volunteers, succession planning, the Gold Standard, and building your culture. 

You won't want to miss this engaging session packed with actionable takeaways that will help you lead your chapter in the year ahead.
