Build a foundation to lead your chapter into the future
Each year, CREW Network brings together chapter leaders for dedicated training designed to strengthen leadership skills, build stronger chapters, and create a unified CREW experience. The knowledge and connections gained through this program prepare leaders not only to guide their chapters with confidence but also to grow as professionals in their own careers.
Chapter leaders serving as 2027 president and 2027 president-elect (who will serve as president in 2028) are required to attend. Each participant will be reimbursed up to $500 USD in transit costs after the event, provided all sessions are attended, and a post-event survey is completed. The 2026 training will be held Oct. 22-23, in Chicago, Illinois.
The training is structured to maximize impact and minimize time away from home or work—most attendees can fly in Thursday morning and depart Friday afternoon. Registration will open in early September 2026, once most chapters have identified their 2027 president-elect.
