The Leadership Edge Program is the first phase of the CREW Network Leadership Institute, a comprehensive leadership development program designed for women in all career stages of commercial real estate (CRE).The inaugural Leadership Edge Program has been specifically designed and developed to meet the needs and leadership challenges for midlevel CRE professionals. While there are no age, experience, or title requirements to participate, it is designed for leaders who have moved beyond individual contributor excellence into people leadership and cross-functional influence, and who must integrate strategic communication, decision-making strategies, and anticipate industry dynamics to succeed.
Through in person and virtual learning, synchronous and asynchronous formats, and personalized leadership assessments this program will elevate the skills needed to lead with influence and impact, including:
Leadership Self-Discovery: EQ, leadership styles, defining or refining your leadership brand, change management.
Communication & Management: Communicating with influence and executive presence, inclusive leadership, conflict resolution.
Business Management: Project leadership, decision making strategies for leaders and advanced business negotiation strategies for CRE professionals.
Industry & Organizational Dynamics: Financial structure of CRE deals, leading profitable teams by creating psychological safety, strategic networking.
This program is a four-month commitment from June 1 – Sept. 30, 2026. There is a one-and-a-half day in-person commitment June 15–16 in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with the remainder of the program requirements virtual, both live and on-demand. What is Included in the Program
Participants will engage in a one-and-a-half day in-person program and 4 to 7 live virtual sessions and have access to an extensive library of on-demand leadership content.
