Important dates and deadlines
Friday, August 15 | Presenter Convention Registration Deadline
Breakout Session speakers and Conversation Corner facilitators who plan to stay for any convention programming in addition to the session they’re presenting have until the deadline to register at the $600 speaker rate. If you have any problems accessing this rate, please contact us at crewnetworkevents@crewnetwork.org.
Wednesday, September 17 | Presentation Materials Submission Deadline
Mega and Breakout Session speakers must submit all session materials by the deadline using the upload form below.
How to upload convention session materials
Please upload your materials for the 2025 Convention session, including your presentation, handouts, and any accompanying materials to CREW Network using our brief form.
All CREW Network Convention sessions must use the provided template below for presentations and ensure all materials adhere to accessibility guidelines.
If your session has co-presenters, please select a point person to upload the final version of your session materials.
