Economic and Community Improvement Impact Award

The Economic and Community Improvement Impact Award honors a CREW member who played a pivotal role in a real estate project which was completed or has broken ground within the last 24 months, and which had a significant and measurable positive impact on the community.

Submission requirements

  • Timeframe covered; when the project started and finished and, if part of a bigger plan, how this project fits into the plan

  • Complete contact information for all key participants, including membership affiliation

  • Background information as needed – the “before” picture

  • Details about the strategy and/or process

  • The end result – the “after” picture – including the applicable measurable benchmarks that demonstrate project success; it should be noted that while some projects may be measured in large dollars, smaller projects may have just as much impact on the community or impacts that are not easy to measure

Please note: This award is designed to honor an individual member, or a group of no more than five members, who played a pivotal role in a real estate project which had a significant and measurable positive impact on the community. Awards recognizing multiple recipients require a majority of team members be defined as women, or individuals who identify and express themselves in daily life as women.

Nominations will open February 2025.
