Affordable Housing Council

The Affordable Housing Council will focus on topics, issues, and opportunities related to affordable housing development and finance across the commercial real estate industry. This includes tax credits, development, construction, financing structures, partnerships, joint ventures, and mixed-income housing. Members will discuss emerging trends shaping the affordable housing landscape, including the persistent supply-demand gap, competition for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits, rising construction and insurance costs, public-private partnership models, and policy shifts affecting subsidy programs.

The council is seeking additional participants in the following:
Regions: US West Coast, Pacific Northwest, Southwest, Midwest, Northeast, UK, and Mexico regions
Specialties: Accounting, Construction, Development, and Insurance

CREW Councils are small, intimate peer groups within CREW Network that enable members to develop relationships, exchange knowledge, and do business with each other. Councils expand upon and enhance your CREW membership and other professional networking and information resources, delivering the competitive advantage you need to maximize your business potential.

The annual council fee is USD $750 and payable with CREW membership dues. The fee covers in-person meeting expenses, administrative support, and the online community. The council meets once a year in-person in April and more frequently via Zoom.
