Diane Keaton
Academy Award-winning actress, director and author

CREW Network Featured Speaker

Diane Keaton is an actor, director, producer, photographer, real estate developer, author, and singer. She has received various accolades, including an Academy Award, a BAFTA Award, two Golden Globe Awards, and the American Film Institute Life Achievement Award. She has been honored with the Crystal Award at the Women in Film Crystal + Lucy Awards, which honors outstanding women, who through their endurance and excellence in their work, have helped to expand the role of women within the entertainment industry.

With a film career spanning more than 45 years, Keaton has starred in award-winning films including Annie Hall, The Godfather trilogy, Something’s Gotta Give, Reds, and Father of the Bride. And in every performance, she's managed to be her quirky, fearless, and stylish self.

Her New York Times best-selling book, Let’s Just Say it Wasn’t Pretty, is a candid and deeply affecting look at beauty, aging, and the importance of staying authentic and true to yourself. In her one-of-a-kind voice, Keaton offers up a message of empowerment for anyone who’s ever dreamed of kicking back against the “should”s and “supposed to”s that undermine our pursuit of beauty and success.

Keaton is also active in campaigns with the Los Angeles Conservancy to save and restore historic buildings, and has established herself as a real estate developer. She has resold several homes in Southern California after renovating and redesigning them.

A native of Los Angeles, Keaton is a mother to two children, both of whom she adopted when she was in her 50s.

Keaton will speak during the Thursday General Session at the 2020 CREW Network Convention.
