CREW Network Foundation Announces 2025 Leadership

Gayle Bourdeau named Foundation Chair

Lawrence, Kansas, USA – Seven commercial real estate leaders have been appointed to the 2025 CREW Network Foundation board of directors, which will be led by Gayle Bourdeau, Vice President/Senior Underwriting Counsel, Land Services USA, LLC. 

CREW Network Foundation, the 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm of CREW Network, is the only foundation dedicating its resources to accelerating success for all women in the global commercial real estate industry. The organization’s main fundings areas are university scholarships, industry research, and the CREW Careers and UCREW career outreach programs. The Foundation’s scholarship program has granted nearly $1.9 million to 296 female students at 139 universities across 39 states and provinces in the United States and Canada. 

At Land Services USA, LLC, Bourdeau underwrites and closes commercial real estate transactions with a focus on complex, multi-site, multi-state portfolio transactions. She also focuses on business development. She has over 25 years of experience in the title insurance industry. Bourdeau served on the CREW Network Board of Directors in 2017 and 2018, and as a CREW Network Foundation Champion Director in 2015 and 2016. She has served on the CREW Boston board of directors, was chapter president in 2013-2014, and is also a CREW Visionary.
