CREW Network Foundation Announces 2026 Leadership
Marie McLucas named Foundation Chair
Five commercial real estate leaders have been appointed to the 2026 CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network Foundation board of directors, which will be led by Marie McLucas, Chief Financial Officer of Primax Properties (pictured above). The new leaders joining the Foundation board beginning on November 1, 2025 were announced on October 10 at the 2025 CREW Network Convention in Austin, Texas.
McLucas oversees finance, administration, HR, technology, and management at Primax Properties, contributing to the completion of over 950 projects across 37 states and Puerto Rico, including nearly $1 billion in investment value. She has been active in CREW Charlotte since 2010, serving as chapter President in 2016, previously on the CREW Network Foundation board, and now as co-chair of the CFO Council. She has been recognized by GlobeSt’s Women of Influence, the Charlotte Business Journal, and Connect Media.
CREW Network Foundation, the 501(c)(3) philanthropic arm of CREW Network, is the only foundation dedicating its resources to accelerating success for all women in the global commercial real estate industry. The organization’s main fundings areas are scholarships, industry research, and the CREW Careers and UCREW career outreach programs. The Foundation’s scholarship program has granted nearly $2 million to female students at 144 universities across the United States and Canada.
Four Directors were appointed to the 2026 Foundation board and will serve two-year terms: Susana Chavez, Allison Rabin, Mythili Thiagarajan, and Erin Todd. Meet the leaders joining McLucas on the 2026 Foundation Board:
