Korn Ferry Retained for CREW Network CEO Search

Lawrence, Kansas — Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW) Network, the premier business network that advances all women in commercial real estate, has selected global executive recruitment firm Korn Ferry to conduct its search for a new CEO.
CREW Network is an international federation of affiliated member organizations (chapters) of commercial real estate professionals. With nearly 15,000 individual members across over 85 markets in North America and Europe, CREW Network’s purpose is to accelerate success for all women in commercial real estate globally. Among other benefits, CREW Network provides a robust network of business connections for its members, best-in-class leadership programming designed for women in commercial real estate, and contracted administrative services for its chapters.
Korn Ferry previously worked with CREW Network in placing Wendy Mann, the departing CEO, and recently filled key senior leadership positions for CREW. Korn Ferry will work with the CREW Network CEO Search Committee to recruit a highly qualified candidate. The CREW Network Search Committee is led by Alyssa Dangler, CREW Network Past President, and is comprised of current and former CREW Network Presidents and Directors, including 2025 CREW Network President Cindy MacMillan, Vice President, Asset Management, Grosvenor.

Until a new CEO is named, Alyson Reed will serve as the interim CEO. She is a seasoned association executive with experience in permanent and interim CEO roles. Reed has spent over 25 years as a nonprofit and association manager and executive, and the last three years as a management consultant.
