Leslie Teskey

Leslie Teskey is a Managing Principal at Cresa, the world’s only global commercial real estate advisory firm exclusively representing occupiers, specializing in fully integrated real estate solutions. In her role, Leslie leads the Indianapolis office, shaping its strategic direction, overseeing operations, and ensuring both employee and client satisfaction. Since joining Cresa in 2008, she has been dedicated to providing strategic real estate advisory services to occupiers locally and nationally. Her extensive transaction history spans various industries, including life sciences, technology, industrial, financial, legal, creative, insurance, healthcare, not-for-profit, government, and education.

Leslie has been an active member of the CREW Network since she entered the industry in 2008, serving on the Board of Directors for her local chapter, IndyCREW from 2014 to 2017 and as President in 2016. She chaired the IndyCREW Marketing Committee in 2013 and 2018. She served as a CREW Network Foundation Champion Director from 2018 to 2019 and has been on the Global Board of Directors since 2023.  Leslie became a CREW Network Foundation Visionary in 2023. Additionally, she is on the board of directors for the Carmel Education Foundation, where she chairs one of their largest annual fundraising events.

Leslie earned her B.A. from the University of Dayton, where she also competed in Division 1 Women’s Cross-Country and Track. She resides in Carmel, Indiana, with her husband Dan, 17-year-old twin daughters, Ainsley and Abigail, and their pup, Bosco. Leslie remains an avid runner and is passionate about maintaining an active lifestyle.
