Stacey Kamps

Stacey Kamps is the CFO of Keeley Capital overseeing the Keeley Family’s strategic portfolio of active and passive investments in privately held and publicly traded companies including Keeley Companies, Keeley Construction Group, Keeley Properties, Keeley Restoration Services, and over a dozen private equity investments. Stacey works closely with the Presidents, CFOs, and Board of Directors of each investment on financial strategy and execution; is a key member of the company’s M&A platform; and provides additional leadership and strategic planning services to the entire Keeley portfolio.

Before joining Keeley, Stacey started her career at Arthur Andersen predominantly working on specialized tax consulting projects then moved to the telecom industry joining Charter Communications where she managed and coordinated $2.2 billion of M&A deals and worked on numerous financing transactions.  Stacey started her commercial real estate career in 2011 at Koch Development as the CFO and then CEO working for a family-owned company with investments in retail and office commercial real estate and in the amusement attraction industry.

Stacey has been a member of CREW-St. Louis for over ten years serving on the Awards Committee, the Sponsorship Committee, as Treasurer, on the Board of Directors, and as President in 2022. Stacey has also served as a CREW Network Foundation Chapter Champion Director, on the CREW Network Nominating Committee, and on the CREW Network Hospitality & Leisure Council. Most recently, Stacey was awarded the CREW St. Louis 2024 President Award for Empowerment due to her leadership, discipline, and dedication to empowering other women in the business world. Additional board service includes the St. Louis Children’s Hospital Development Board, Community School Board of Trustees, Hoffmann Brothers Advisory Board, The Bank of Missouri Board, Koch Development Board, and the City of Ladue City Council. Stacey also gives her time, talent, and treasure to countless organizations through #KeeleyCares, Keeley Companies’ foundation.

Stacey received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri-Columbia. She currently resides in St. Louis with her 15-year-old daughter, Vivien, and 11-year-old son, Bennett.  She is passionate about spending time with her children, family and friends and loves to travel.
