Benchmark Studies

Industry research measuring progress for women and benchmarking diversity in commercial real estate

CREW Network, in partnership with the MIT Center for Real Estate, published an industry-wide study in September 2020 to measure progress for women and benchmark diversity in commercial real estate. The study, conducted every five years, provides critical industry data and insights, including the factors that influence career satisfaction and success.

Our goal is to get the benchmark study into the hands of every commercial real estate company leader so that they have the data and insights to take action to achieve equity and greater diversity in their company and in the industry.
