Personal Investing IV

In the next Personal Investing series, CREW Network members are invited to join an enlightening member-led session focused on 1031 Exchanges. Whether you're a seasoned investor or just starting out, this event will provide you with valuable insights and tools to enhance your personal wealth, like one platform to ‘Get the Word Out ‘when you have an opportunity to market to investors.
What is a 1031 Exchange?
A 1031 Exchange, also known as a like-kind exchange, is a powerful tool under Section 1031 of the IRS Code. It allows investors to defer capital gains taxes on an investment property when it is sold, as long as another similar property is purchased with the profit gained by the sale. This strategy is highly beneficial for real estate investors looking to grow their investment portfolios without immediate tax liability.
Main takeaways from this session:
Grow Your Investment Portfolio: Learn how to use 1031 Exchanges to expand your real estate holdings effectively and efficiently.
Tax Deferral Strategies: Understand how to defer taxes and use your capital gains to invest in higher-value properties.
Networking and Marketing: Discover how to market your investment opportunities to the right audience and grow your professional network within the real estate market.
Don't miss out on this fantastic opportunity to advance your understanding of real estate investment and tax-deferral strategies.
