Education Advisory Group
Committee Charge
The Education Advisory Group is responsible for identifying, recommending and prioritizing topics, areas of focus, potential subject matter experts (SMEs) and presenters to the CREW Network staff. These recommendations help inform the development of high-quality programming for all the learning programs offered by CREW Network (in-person, virtual, etc.), including the annual convention.
The term of service will be approximately eight months, from Oct. 1, 2025, through May 31, 2026. This workgroup is a great opportunity to volunteer and contribute for those who may not be able to commit to a full committee. It is an excellent micro-volunteering opportunity that will require high-level, pro-active thought leadership to inform innovative industry content and exceptional educational and leadership development programming for our members. Volunteering for CREW Network is a great way to meet other members, share in a common goal to support the organization’s work and build your leadership skills and knowledge.
Advisory group members should have the following qualities:
Expertise and knowledge in a specific area or asset class of commercial real estate (e.g., office, industrial, mixed-use, hospitality, retail, lending, private equity, capital markets, leasing, etc.)
A network of executive thought-leaders in the industry that can be tapped for speaking opportunities
Global perspective and ability to envision sessions that are innovative and forward-looking
Ability to participate in five to ten workgroup meetings (virtual) annually
Willingness and ability to attend the convention being planned.
