Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson & MMI Asset Management: Empowering Women in Leadership
At Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson & MMI Asset Management, our culture is rooted in our core values of integrity, authenticity, stewardship, trust, and mutual respect. By allowing these values to guide us, we continue to drive our vision of relentlessly advancing commercial real estate to deliver remarkable experiences.
Empowering Women in Leadership
In the past year, we have welcomed and promoted some incredible female leaders who are purpose driven and people-centered leaders. They are committed to driving shared success with our employees, clients, investors and the community, and remain deeply aligned with the organization’s strategic goals.
Advancing & Supporting Women at Cushman & Wakefield | Stevenson & MMI Asset Management
To continue growing and developing our female leaders, we have provided leadership coaching opportunities to more than five female leaders in the past 12 months, through a female-owned executive coaching program. We want to ensure our leaders are provided with the tools to continue to grow their careers and leadership skills within our organization, and recognize the value in supporting these leaders to achieve personal and professional goals. We plan to continue this program, as it has received a tremendous amount of positive feedback from its participants.
We have also focused on highlighting more women within our company in a public way, through our social media channels and third-party publications, showcasing their invaluable contributions to the organization. This year, we provided the opportunity for Nina Ladouceur, our Manager, Multi-Family Management, to partake in an interview for a feature article in the Construction Source Magazine, highlighting her contributions to our property management division and growth within the company over her 11-year tenure.
Another great example of a female team member who continues to advance is Shae Halpin, a commercial real estate agent on our brokerage team. Shae’s dedication to supporting clients with the lease and sale of commercial properties earned her a promotion to Senior Associate in 2024. After transitioning from an administrative role into her current position, Shae continues to be a driving force on the brokerage team, adding immense value as a newer agent, and bringing her talents and unique perspective to the table to best represent her clients.

We ensure we are creating experiences that truly matter to our employees by seeking regular feedback to help us understand what opportunities they are lacking and how we can do a better job of ensuring their needs are met. By offering opportunities for employee-led initiatives, we know our team members have the opportunity to participate in inclusion initiatives that truly matter to them, creating memorable and impactful experiences for our team members.
