Bulfinch: Discover + Deliver

At Bulfinch, we are dedicated to eliminating the gender and racial wage gaps across the commercial real estate industry, and beyond, beginning in our own backyard. In 2021, Bulfinch signed the CREW Network CRE Pledge for Action to advance women and DE+I. Bulfinch recently joined Boston Women’s Workforce Council’s (BWWC) 100% Talent Compact, a commitment to eliminating the gender and racial wage gaps and helping to remove visible and invisible barriers to women’s advancement. 

Our strides since signing the Pledge for Action are significant. We have highlighted key efforts in line with the pledge goals below:

Inclusive Leadership + Governance

  • 57% of Bulfinch’s Advisory Board members are women (increase from 17% in 2019)

  • 20% of Executive Leadership are women

  • 30% of Senior Leadership are women

  • 70% of 2023 promotions are women

Hiring

  • Increased sourcing pool and number of DE+I qualified candidates

  • 54% of 2022 new hires were women and/ or underrepresented groups

  • 49% of current Bulfinch Team are women and/or underrepresented groups
