During this fast-paced networking session, you will have an opportunity to meet CREW members, share your business needs, and talk about current projects. Have the CREW app downloaded and be prepared to put it to use during this speed networking event.

Speed Networking

Rooted in the principles of Microjoys, building an optimistic mindset allows us to lead from a clearer, steadier foundation and is rooted in balancing hope with reality. It asks us to show up with grit when life gets complicated and to use healthy cynicism as a way to stay grounded and honest with ourselves.

In this session, you will learn how to balance optimism with reality, understand the difference between joy and happiness, reframe setbacks, and build resilience that actually lasts. You will also learn practical tools to navigate challenging times with clarity and honesty. This session is about harnessing your inner strength, facing reality head-on, and still finding joy in life, exactly as it is.

Lunch on your own

Official chapter delegates and chapter presidents will meet with their CREW Network board liaison to discuss CREW Network initiatives and share challenges/successes with your colleagues. You will have the opportunity to meet and network with other chapter leaders, and learn what is happening at CREW Network and how it benefits your chapter.

Delegates 
Members serving as, or sitting in for, the official chapter delegate role, will meet with your board liaison. This includes chapter presidents who are also serving as one of the chapter’s official delegates. 

Chapter presidents (non-delegates) 
Chapter presidents who are not representing their chapter as a delegate will meet with CREW Network global president Leslie Teskey.

Chapter Leadership Meetings

In this targeted networking activity, engage with other attendees in similar roles within commercial real estate (CRE) or those in other areas of the industry looking to connect with you too! Have the CREW app downloaded and be prepared to put it to use during this networking event. 

Networking Roundtables

CREW Network is fostering a culture of inclusion and belonging that inspires engagement, breaks down barriers, promotes accessibility for all, and accelerates growth and collaboration. This gathering is for anyone in any kind of recovery. Join fellow friends for conversation, connection and support.

Friends in Recovery

Networking is the foundation of our Network! Connect with fellow CREW members and chapter leaders from across the globe. Refreshments and light fare will be provided.

Networking Reception

Continue networking over dinner. Share in networking and casual conversation with either new connections or your chapter leadership groups. 

Chapter delegates and presidents are assigned to dine arounds with the CREW Network board liaison assigned to your chapter. Non-delegate attendees should sign up for a dine around hosted by CREW Orange County to network and get to know fellow summit attendees.

Dine Arounds

Start off your day with an hour of fitness (and a little networking) with your CREW. Set off on a walk or run while connecting with other CREW members and getting your morning workout in.

Grab a plate and your favorite morning beverage to fuel your day, then head into our meeting room to network with fellow attendees.

Networking Breakfast

At the Council Meeting, you'll hear updates on CREW Network initiatives and events, learn what's on the horizon, share information on chapter activities, and vote on important CREW Network business. We also will celebrate CREW chapters that have met the Foundation trifecta and receive other important updates.

The Council Meeting is open to all attendees. Chapter delegates are required to attend and represent their chapters.

This session is for attendees who are not in a financial or leadership role within their chapter.

Build on your True Colors foundation to enhance communication and collaboration in challenging professional or personal situations. This workshop helps you recognize how personality styles influence conflict, identify your triggers, and adapt your approach to create more productive, respectful conversations.

In this informative session you will: understand what “stories” you tell yourself that can get in the way of building productive relationships; learn to use those stories to initiate difficult conversations, to listen and to be heard; apply your True Colors insights to manage challenging conversations with confidence and turn conflict into meaningful connection.

Join CREW Orange County for an exclusive docent-led walking tour of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. Go behind the scenes of two stunning performance halls and learn the story behind the center’s creation and architectural inspiration.
