This glossary will help demystify common terminology surrounding the software names, acronyms and current implementation partner companies who help us manage these systems. An implementation partner is a consulting services firm that has been certified by the software vendor — meaning the implementation partner knows the product and can help us successfully develop, integrate, deploy, and provide post-production support of the software.
