Scholarship application review committee considerations
Academic record
Commitment to a career within the commercial real estate industry
Extracurricular activities
History of employment and/or volunteer work
Personal and professional references
Must be a female or identify as female
Must not be a previous recipient of a CREW Network Foundation scholarship
Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA (4.0 scale)
Must be a full-time junior, senior or graduate student (2026-27 academic year)
Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university
Intent is to pursue a career in commercial real estate
Focus of study included in CREW Network Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate (QFCRE)
Must be a female or identify as female
Have not received past CREW Network Foundation scholarship
Must be a full-time undergraduate (at least 12 credit hours per semester) or graduate (at least 9 credit hours per semester) student for the 2026-2027 academic year
Full-time undergraduate = at least 12 credit hours per semester
Must have a minimum 3.5 GPA
Must be a Canadian resident
Must be enrolled at an accredited college or university or a technical school
Focus of study is included in one or more of the CREW Network Qualified Fields of Commercial Real Estate (QFCRE)
