CREW Network Elects 2026 Board of Directors

Six commercial real estate leaders have been elected to the 2026 CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) Network board of directors, which will be led by Leslie Teskey, Managing Principal/Tenant Representative, Cresa (pictured below). The new leaders joining the board in 2026 were announced on October 10 at the 2025 CREW Network Convention in Austin, Texas.
President-Elect of CREW Network for 2026 will be Marsha Womack, Senior Vice President, Hope Credit Union, Birmingham CREW. With nearly 25 years of experience, Womack has been a driving force in creating vibrant, effective and profitable sales teams. She joined Hope Credit Union in 2025 to lead the newly formed Sales Department of the Retail Division, the first of its kind for the organization.
The five leaders elected to serve on the 2026 CREW Network board of directors are:
Kelly Leanos, Director | Deacon Construction | CREW East Bay
Leanos has worked in commercial real estate for 28 years, starting in architecture and design. She works at Deacon Construction, where she focuses on retail, industrial, office, and healthcare projects. Leanos served as CREW East Bay President in 2022 and continues to stay involved in the chapter and CREW Network as a member of the Industry Research Committee.
Jill Sharif, Director | Vice President, National Business Development, Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company | CREW Boston
Sharif has worked on numerous complex single and multi-site transactions throughout the country for all asset classes and is consistently recognized companywide as one of the highest performing members of the sales and escrow teams for commercial real estate transactions in the country.
She has been a CREW Network Delegate, served on the CREW Boston Board of Directors, was chapter president in 2019-2020 and is a CREW Visionary.
Anjee Solanki, Director | National Director, U.S. Retail & Practice Groups, Colliers | CREW San Francisco
In her role as national retail director for the United States, Solanki has developed strong relationships and strategic leadership to over 500+ retail professional nationally across 140 markets within Colliers for investment sales, agency, retailer rep, and retail asset and property management. She has more than 30 years of commercial estate experience.
Virginia Weida, Director | CEO and Founder, Virginia Weida Designs | CREW Pittsburgh
Weida is a Certified Interior Designer, Certified Facility Manager, LEED and WELL Certified Professional with experience in all facets of commercial workplace design. She is a WBE Certified Women Business Enterprise design consultant and has experience working with small companies to large corporations, and property managers and real estate brokers.
Alison Hall, Alternate Director | Vice President of Contact Center Operations, Camden Property Trust | CREW Houston
Hall leads the strategic development and management of Camden’s 24/7 remote, in-house omnichannel contact center. This centralized operation annually supports over 500,000 customer interactions. She is an active member of CREW Houston, contributing to multiple committees and serving as Chapter President in 2023.
